I was directed to Travis Monuments after my mother's funeral. We worked with Alan who Helped us select the appropriate Monument to meet our needs, he showed us drawings and stone work that we were happy with. The office manager, Floriana, kept us in the loop step by step and when the monument was completed we were very satisfied with the outcome and it looked actually like the drawings that we were presented with. Travis Monument was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. I worked with Floriana and she walked us through the options. Floriana put pen to paper and drafted a visual representation of what we discussed. A few weeks later, Floriana emailed me with a computer generated depiction of the headstone. Everything they committed to they did. The customer experience was excellent and I couldn’t be happier. They did a beautiful job. Many thanks to Floriana and everyone else that worked on this.
