Have been a customer for many years and have never had any major complaints....and I've never run out of fuel, been low a few times but not out, until today. I've made two phone calls and the last one I was treated as if I was an annoyance and not a paying customer. All I wanted was to confirm I would be on the next delivery schedule.
I was under the impression when I signed up for "automatic delivery" I wouldn't run out of fuel or have to hassle with bad customer service in getting a delivery.
I do appreciate the many years of service but it seems your quality of customer service is declining rapidly.

At the risk of sounding too generic. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The very few minor problems I've had (due to computers, not human error) were cleared up immediately upon inquiry. If you ask, they'll let you know if prices are going to go up or down depending on the market or what they expect, which helps save you money in the long run. They treat you like a neighbor, rather than a paycheck.. and in this economy that is very much appreciated.

I had a nice conversation with a representative on the phone. She was great explaining everything and super friendly. I filled out the online form and even after emailing a reminder to let me know what is going on, I never heard back. 5 stars for a nice employee, but zero to a company that literally left me "in the cold!" I went with Blueox. Nice rep also, much less fees, better price and followed up with a call and emails. I got lucky and saved a lot with a referral to Blueox!
