Our cat Chester, an established patient, had a recurrence of an eye ulcer and we got "squeezed in" the same day we saw him constantly rubbing at his eye for an exam and treatment. Could not ask for more.
Great facility and very friendly staff. We received a follow-up phone call to see how the kittens were recovering, and the staff were great and answered our questions with recommendations for follow-up things to do to help recovery.
I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog Piper to Pet Street Station and I can't express enough how excellent the care was. The team ensured Piper was seen immediately, which was greatly appreciated given the stress any pet parent experiences in such situations.
The vet was not only professional but also incredibly warm and caring. Every question I had was answered in detail, providing reassurance and clarity about Piper's condition and the treatment plan.
