“I tried Kim”s Nails today for the first time. The service was good and the tech did a good job but I didn’t get a gel mani/pedi but I was charged for it. I got a regular mani pedi with no extras. That’s what I wanted. I was told the tech charged me an extra $20.00 to take polish off my toenails. It was only two toenails. They would have got five stars from me if they didn’t overcharge me for services I didn’t receive. Make sure you know what your bill is going to be before they start!! If I knew they were going to give me funny prices I wouldn’t have been so generous on the tip. I will go back but now I’m wise to their games.“
