The therapists are 4* but the environment is 2*. Noise carries through the office rather loudly. It's peaceful as long as nobody is walking or talking anywhere in the office, but obviously people have business to do and it's not a spa. The prices seem very fair and overall the experience was all right but I didn't love the environment enough to make this a regular occurrence. I would probably go back if I had an urgent need but if relaxation is my main goal I would go somewhere else.

Lily is amazing. I have been going to her for a few years and she has such a warm and positive energy about her. She always has the biggest smile when I walk through the door and makes me feel so comfortable during treatment. Getting an appointment at a convenient time is always so easy.

I have been to physical therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic before at a few other places. Northport Acupuncture is by far the best place I've ever received help from. There is actually no comparison. Richard, the physical therapist, is a kind and compassionate professional who always listens and helps me with all my pain. The doctors are all top notch and know exactly what they are doing. They have helped me manage extreme pain. Acupuncture and massage have been a godsend for me and they are the best here. The atmosphere is also wonderful. Good energy. Everyone who works here is committed to their passion to help people. It has become my home away from home as I am required to go three times a week as per my rheumatologist. I honestly feel better each time I go and I look forward to seeing these lovely people who always try to help me.
