Unreliable. Inconsistent. Expensive. Rude. Recently, I tried picking up my garments at 5:40pm. I had the door shut in my face by the woman claiming they were closed. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I know they close at 6pm bc on days I don't travel, I have to race over and pick up my work clothes for the next couple days. I have been using their service for years, but it may be under new management now. I go here because it's close to my home. I work long hours in NYC so I can't pick up my clothes 5/7 days of the week. I now have to go shop for additional clothes bc these cleaners decided to shut their doors in my face 20 minutes early. How long would it had taken to ring up one last customer? Hopefully long enough to lose a 10+ year patron. Will purposely go anywhere else.

They managed to remove a spot from a jacket that I thought was a lost cause. I brought a wool blanket in for cleaning and they did a nice job. They also are super polite and helpful. Also gives back to the community by collecting previously worn prom dresses, donating the cleaning and offering to kids in need. An asset to our community.

Best dry cleaner in the area. They really care about you & your clothes. True meaning of customer service. Always have my stuff ready on time and the at home service is so convenient. Very friendly & knowledgeable! Wonderful, skilled tailor on premises. What more could you ask for?
