There are few tradesmen out there with the customer service and industry know-how that Bob brings to the table. I've had several emergencies for which -- EVERY TIME -- Bob was responsive and came to check the problem almost immediately. He has repaired burst pipes, a boiler problem, an old water heater and then a subsequent replacement water heater (loved that he tried to salvage the old unit but stopped short of executing expensive repairs and determined that it was beyond repair).Services: Heating system repair
We bought a house in Northport last year and needed a plumber. Bob showed up on time, fixed the problem, was courteous and professional. We have used him several times since and he's been great.
The worst person you can call for anything. A rip off artist, a discourteous man who will make rude remarks while he does his poor work. He is not at all professional and we had to have some one come in to finish the job and we had to pay more. I tell my children that they should learn what a crook and what this neanderthal man is like. I don't want them to grow up like him.
There were many other plumbers here in East Northport NY and I wish that I had called one of them. If you use this mans services you are asking for big trouble. We paid good money and got ripped off by someone who did not care enough to do a good job and overcharged us by a lot. Three other plumbers...read full review
