They went the extra mile to ensure a clean, sanitary and also comfortable office space, waiting area and examination area! The doctors took excellent care and time for me to fully understand and get the proper prescription lenses!! I loved the styles they had available!! It was nice too because the gentleman that was helping me pick frames assured me that all of the frames are sanitized after every person touches them!! I didn’t even have to worry about picking glasses and only judging based on my eyebrows, they allowed me to be in a 6 feet away from anyone space and mask off to try them out!! I picked out some really adorable frames!! Thank you so much mid city options!! I can’t wait to pick up my new frames!!“

It was such a beautiful experience to have a Dr so knowledgeable and take his time with you... They are a few and far between. He is great! Also candy the woman at the desk was fantastic at showing me the different glasses and devoting her time to only me when I was in the store, it was a fantastic experience. “This was my first experience here. It was completely unlike any eye exam I ever had. For instance all the high tech instruments that measure your eye health, are spread out before you. I got to see images of my optic nerve and macula. Super cool! All test results ere electronicly transferred to an on-call optometrist, who pops -in remotely to discuss with you. This all happens effiecntly and seamlessly. In fact my results were reviewed by two optometrists, which helped to fine-tune my prescription. The in-person technician and eyeglass salesman went above and beyond. This was an awesome experience. I will definitely be back!“

“Exemplary service. I was saddened when TT wasn't in network for my new insurance last year. I returned this summer with new insurance. After making a purchase of frames and prescription lenses I had to call the next day for questions on the invoice and insurance. Unfortunately it ended up being too pricey in my current budget and we cancelled the order. About a week went by I saw my insurance claim was cancelled but no refund from the bank, figured just taking a few more days. This evening I got a call from Cari (worked with me on my purchase) confirming my cancelled order and she needed my card info to refund. I've never had a business follow up with me about a cancellation or refund like that. It was a lot of money and I thoroughly appreciated the call to ensure she had the details for my refund. This is the reason why, when my budget improves, I will absolutely go back to TT for future frame/lense purchases because they are so wonderful. And I will definitely continue my eye exams here as well.“

I called an easily made an appointment, and I was able to get in within a week or so.My appointment was hassle free, and I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes.
