Lee provides world class customer service. He has repaired my laptop, fixed my label maker, swapped out old Spectrum router and installed new modem seamlessly. Also helped create game plan for home security. I can see why he has been in business for so long. Good interpersonal skills, communication and follow up. Couldn't be happier - thanks Lee.
