He explained everything, communicated throughout the process, and thoroughly answered all questions with his many years of knowledge. The team and crew are also amazing, extremely friendly, and showed impressive professionalism. They perform quality workmanship, repairing and refinishing hardwood floors. They can sand and stain floors to cover bad spots, and they leave no mess at all. After the work is completed, the floors look fantastic and amazing. Customers truly cannot believe how amazing the floor looks compared to originally. They exceed expectations in all categories. Jazz Hardwood Floors is a reputable company that still cares. Customers are totally impressed and could not be any happier. They personally and highly recommend the company and will definitely go to them again in the future.

By far, one of the best companies in the W.N.Y area I have had the pleasure of contracting . I purchased a bar in Wilson N.Y. the summer of 2020, and after several years of remodeling and restoring this 150 year old building, I was finally ready to have my hardwood floor repaired and refinished. John and his team are amazing! We had two rooms stained gray and we could not be any happier each time we look at them! Everyone who has seen our new floors is now considering doing the same to their houses. The entire team was extremely friendly and left no mess at all. We will definitely go to them again in the future!
