John from Jazz Hardwood was professional and great to work with. He explained everything he was going to do and communicated with me throughout the process. He was able to sand and stain the floors to cover the bad spots. The floor now looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Jazz Hardwood.

By far, one of the best companies in the W.N.Y area I have had the pleasure of contracting . I purchased a bar in Wilson N.Y. the summer of 2020, and after several years of remodeling and restoring this 150 year old building, I was finally ready to have my hardwood floor repaired and refinished. I posted "asking for recommendations" on my Facebook page, in late summer of 2023, looking for a reputable hardwood floor company. John and his team are amazing! We had two rooms stained gray and we could not be any happier each time we look at them! Everyone who has seen our new floors is now considering doing the same to their houses. The entire team was extremely friendly and left no mess at all. We will definitely go to them again in the future!
