I have been going to Charlie for haircuts for a several years now. He is good, and not expensive. I have always preferred a regular neighborhood barbershop to any chain-type place. It is nice to have a regular place where I don't have to explain what I want, he just knows. If you feel the same, I recommend you give Charlie a try.
