Very pleased with my first visit. Had to transfer to a new dentist because my previous did unnecessarily work on my teeth that caused extreme sensitivity. My first. visit at Aspen Dental in North Tonawanda was spectacular! Kim the dental hygienist was so sweet and funny and really explained to me my care plan and next steps! I feel fully comfortable moving forward to my next appt!

The staff is nice friendly and quick. Stacey at front desk was so nice ,polite and extremely helpful. What a great way to end my visit with this ray of sunshine. Stacey your so kind. I wish more offices had someone like you at their front desk.

7/17/23: The dentist is great but the office manager in the Robinson Road location has terrible phone and people skills! Scheduled for a cleaning but cannot see the actual dentist for 2 months!! That’s crazy! Office manager wasn’t willing to squeeze me in to be examined until then…and began using a loud voice like I was deaf! Wow!!
