Dealing with an employee such as Shay is the reason, I am a customer at Alexander's Cleaning. After a overcharge situation, which I did not catch, our next order was credited. When I came in today, Shay explained the situation and how it was resolved, I truly appreciate her follow thru and integrity.
This place is great. I had a North Face jacket w 2 broken zippers. Otherwise is was is great condition. I went to 3 other places and was told it can’t be fixed and to “just replace the whole jacket”. I’m sorry but North Face jackets aren’t cheap. Found this place, dry cleaned and 2 new zippers for less than $60. Thank you so much. Village Cleaners rocks!!!!!
Mr. Daniel “Uncle Dan” Cook and whoever he spoke to on the phone saved the day. The work on the 3 pairs of field uniforms is outstanding. Thank you Uncle Dan and Village Cleaners North Syracuse. Y’all are such an awesome local business! ?
