Plank Road Medical Group is a practice with a history of positive patient experiences. Patients praise the professionalism and personable nature of the doctors, particularly Dr. Wike and Dr. Luu. Patients appreciate the time doctors take to explain things clearly and answer questions. The staff is also highly regarded for their kindness and helpfulness. While some patients express sadness over the retirement of their longtime doctor, Dr. Schreiber, they remain confident in the quality of care provided by the other physicians at the practice.
I have been treated extremely well at this office by the doctors, nurses, receptionists, for appointments, shots, blood draws. Problem with recorded requests for prescription refills or referrals. These seem to take a long, long time.
My husband and myself are very happy with Dr. Wike. He is a respectful professional yet personable, thorough and speaks to our level of understanding, allows us needed time to ask questions. After our previous longtime doctor retired, we were assigned a doctor that was a nightmare and we are so glad we left that practice and found Dr. Wike.
I've been with Dr. Schreiber ever since I was a baby. It unfortunately came about that he decided to retire. I'm rating my experience up to that point. I've started to see Dr. Wike, who he seems alright for now at least. (The one less star is just due to now that Dr. Schreiber is gone, and now I'll have to see how the new doctor is.)
