The salon is spacious, with numerous stations and a clean environment. The nail care services provided by Nu Nails & Spa are highly praised, with customers receiving many compliments on their nails. However, there was an incident involving two customers being rude to the workers over a minor issue, but the employees handled it professionally. Unfortunately, both customers refused to pay for the services they received. Despite this incident, the salon's services are highly recommended.
