On January 23, 2024, Tom and Alex came at 8 a.m. to take out our tub and replace it with a full walk in shower. They replaced the floor underneath and replaced pipes. At one point during the installation it looked like a jigsaw puzzle, they had to lower everything 6". They did an amazing job, they thought when they came into that mess that it may take them more than 8 hours, but it didn't. Bathfitter was the best price and we shopped around and got many estimates. We recommend them to anyone we know to use them if they're thinking about redoing their bath area. We are very satisfied.
Tom from Bath Fitter arrived on time & told me what exactly he was going to do & about how long it would take.
He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful.
I am certainly pleased with the results of his effort. Since it was a replacement for the original installation, I was also impressed that Bath Fitter stood by its guarantee & replaced it with no questions.
Along with the installation, Tom left me a cleaner, a tub squeegee, and a list of cleaning agents to use on the tub.
Would highly recommend both Bath Fitter & Tom.
My husband spoke to the salesman and chose all the details while I was at work, so I can’t review those experiences, however, I can say the install was top notch and professionally executed. Roman arrived and immediately got to work. He removed the old tub, and installed the new with such efficiency. He was personable and kind the entire time he was in my home. The weather caused an issue and required Roman to have to return the next day to complete the job. He was very apologetic but it wasn’t his fault that nature caused an issue. We are very pleased with the end product! Thank you Roman!!
