On January 23, 2024, Tom and Alex came at 8 a.m. to take out our tub and replace it with a full walk in shower. They replaced the floor underneath and replaced pipes. At one point during the installation it looked like a jigsaw puzzle, they had to lower everything 6". They did an amazing job, they thought when they came into that mess that it may take them more than 8 hours, but it didn't. Bathfitter was the best price and we shopped around and got many estimates. We recommend them to anyone we know to use them if they're thinking about redoing their bath area. We are very satisfied.
I can’t say enough good things about Bath Fitter Syracuse. From start to finish the experience exceeded our expectations and our new shower has been such a great addition for our large family. Allen was fantastic and walked us through everything and Brad our installer was professional, kind and helpful with any questions we had along the way. One of our favorite things about our new shower is the shower seat and bar for our one teen who has mobility issues, it’s been a game changer for them to be able to have a safe space to sit and shower. Professional team that’s patient, kind and values their customers! I would highly recommend Bath Fitters Syracuse!
We called Bath Fitters inquiring about replacing our current corner shower. The sales person, Eric Parker was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and concerns we had. Once we decided to go ahead with the update, we were able to have the shower put in within two weeks. We were told the installers would be at our home anywhere between 8 and 10 that morning. Roman and Troy showed up at 8:30 prepared to do their job. They were very orderly and worked without breaks, finishing the new shower install by 2:30 that afternoon. They cleaned up the area and explained certain details for us. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism.
