Speaking for Westchester Heritage Hills, Condo 25, as Treasurer, LXS Pest Control has been our exterminator of choice, for over 10 years. They are responsive and timely, prices are always good and fair. They also don't stop until the problem is solved. And they guarantee their work. They exterminated mice in my home, and were totally mindful of the tools they used to be sure they did not hurt my cats. We won't use anyone else!

They are a pleasure to deal with. Monthly they come as planned or requested for outdoor tick and flea prevention. Gives us a monthly added sense of security in this wooded area, as well as, on the lawn and patio. Most pleasant on site. Communicate and make payments easily with them through LXS portal.
