This is my first time ever going and I went just to send my down comforter. They did a really good job at cleaning it and making sure all the feathers were well taken care of. The only thing I can complain of is that the comforter was thrown into a bag and came out extra wrinkly, way more than I've ever seen it. Besides that, all is well. I would still recommend it to others for their comforters.
