They don’t come like Steven anymore he is a honest, decent, hardworking businessman. I purchased an air conditioner unit from Abbeys 3 years ago and just last week it stopped working nothing it was dead I called Abbeys and got Steven he remember me and said he wouldn’t want me to get rid of a machine if maybe there was something that could be done to save it and told me to schedule a service call. I did and to my surprise he came personally along with another very nice young man (sorry I don’t recall his name) the two of them proceeded to check my unit diagnosis the problem and fix it so that it was up and running with in minutes. My 10 year old 24,000 BTU Friedrich was shaking the living room wall. Steven offered the options of servicing or replacing the unit. After some deliberation, we opted to replace the unit. Mike came out and installed the new unit and took away the old one. There was a problem with the placement of the thermistor which was installed improperly at the factory. Steven came out the next day and corrected it. They are very customer oriented and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Great service. When I called to get an update on my air conditioner repair, Steve was so nice and went to check on a status. Usually, when you call a service department, at least in my experience, they’re pretty nasty and short with you. The two guys that came to the house to take out and then reinstall the air conditioner were super nice and very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for any of your appliance needs.
