Seldom have I found a facility loaded with "new tech" equipment and following "old school" customer service techniques. Mike's truly one of the greatest examples of why "shop small" is such a critical strategy. You can have your customer lounges filled with leather recliners and piped in videos. Give me a seat in the lounge area at Mike's Garage where you can rest assured your vehicle is receiving unsurpassed care. Oh, and the labor rates are more than reasonable! I had the worst luck trying to find a good mechanic and garage over the years until a friend suggested Mike’s Garage! My vehicle was only gone a couple of days and needed everything from basic maintenance to basically a whole new front end. When I got it back I was absolutely happy with how my car drove off that lot! It felt like the day I had bought it fresh from the dealer! I couldn’t thank Mike and his mechanics enough for the quick and most efficient work I’ve ever gotten done on my car!
