Dave and Lewis are extremely busy and for good reason. They’re simply the best around. While countless plumbers wouldn’t even give me a proposal for this job, Air-Dee stepped up. It took time before the right moment to proceed, but once they began, they did not stop until the job was completed properly. It was a massive project, and they executed it with precision and determination.

I also want to address a comment I read in another review about waiting a couple of weeks. In my case, I actually had to wait a few months until the location of the leak became visible in the landscape. Yes, it was stressful to let the line continue to bleed, but in hindsight, it was the right approach. By waiting, Dave and Lewis were able to pinpoint the exact location, avoiding unnecessary excavation and saving me from tearing up my entire yard. This shows their experience and professionalism, sometimes the best solution requires patience.

Most importantly, Dave never forgot about me. He stayed in touch and when the time came, he and his brother delivered. Not only did they fix the problem, but Dave even managed to develop a solution that was better than the original system. That level of commitment is rare.

“I had my 25 year old furnace and air conditioning unit cleaned today. I was 2nd guessing myself about Isaac. They got WONDERFUL reviews on Google and terrible reviews on Yelp. I I expressed my concerns to the technician, Steve Ward. He spent quite a bit of time answering all my inquiries about new HVAC units. He was kind and highly professional. He was here close to 2 hours and seemed to do an awesome job. I would like to give him 5 Stars. I also felt the price was very fair.“

“I just had Taylor Heating replace my 21 year old AC and Furnace after the AC unit dead. They provide me with a high performance Lennox system. Gerome, Matt, Ben showed up in Thursday to start the work. Ben noticed a major problem with my hot water heater tank and I ended having to get a new tankless hot water heater. Ben had to pivot and work on that install and took him until 9:30 pm Thursday night with the help of a 4th person , Willy. Matt and Gerome finished the AC and Furnace today. “We had a dishwasher drain that failed and caused a mess unexpectedly. The water remediation guys came immediately and took care of drying everything out. Shawn handled updating all our kitchen drains in the meantime time so this wouldn't reoccur. He was efficient, friendly, and came immediately to correct the problem when we noticed one of the joints that attached to the old cast iron pipe was leaking. “These guys may be old but they're efficient, experienced, fast and fairly priced. In just a short time they replaced two shut off valves, a laundry basin with trap and a double trap under the kitchen sink. With parts and labor the job came at just over $500. We also had an ongoing issue with an intake line for the shower in our upstairs bathroom they came out to repair in about 15 min (we were charged separately for that job but still a good price). I'm throughly impressed and amazed at the work these guys did. We want to replace toilets soon and will likely use these guys again.“
