“RRH has gone downhill fast since COVID. I'm currently on hold for my child's nurse. I have been on hold for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to answer the phone. I called earlier in the week and was advised the ONE nurse for the CLINIC had the day off. My PCP recently left RRH. Seems like a lot of people are jumping this sinking ship. I have written all this and still on hold. Next call will be to URMC to switch his care. We already switched the rest of the family to URMC physicians. Update: 30 minutes on hold, still no answer. Repeat recordings and music are really annoying.“

It was easy to get an appointment and the staff helped move along the insurance process so that I could get a small procedure within 2 weeks. “I had my work up for an ACL tear at this facility. From being seen by a APP to receiving an x-ray and MRI in under a hour. That is amazing access to technology and wonderful staff.

I had my surgery here for my ACL two days ago. The facility is fantastic with all private rooms. The staff from the nurse, anesthesiologist, and surgical team were all personable and efficient. I highly recommend this facility. The anesthesiologist Dr. McCrumb was very nice and loved to share his knowledge and experience.“
