I have purchased and sold many properties in the Rochester area that needed new water service linesBy far, Dave is the pro on water service. He has done over 10 for me, all done within a day. In fact I called him today for another property that still has an old galvanized supply line that is deteriorating and showing wetness where it enters the home.
We called in a panic with a broken sump pump and Dave was at our house within 15 minutes. He fixed our issue and didn’t want to take any payment stating he didn’t fix anything. However, if he hadn’t come so quickly and unclog our sump pump I would have had a huge mess. He was friendly, kind and we are so thankful he responded so quickly!
