All we've ever heard were horror stories about contractors, so we just kept waiting for something to go wrong. Working with Kenco, it couldn't have been more the opposite. We used Kenco to completely redo our basement. They were so helpful in guiding us through what would be the best way to design our basement while also listening to our requests. The entire team was responsive from the office managers calling to check in on us to the project manager giving updates on who was coming and when. I am beyond impressed with Kenco Designs. You hear horror stories about contractors and you hope you make the right choice and don't end up with a nightmare story. From the moment we met Peter, we hit it off. He understood our needs, worked with our budget, helped us make decisions and walked us through every step. His guys were amazing!...every single person who worked on our project (not a little project) was very professional, friendly and went out of their way for us. These people are obviously very well trained, from wearing the Kenco gear daily, working nonstop, to cleaning as if the project was done at the end of the day every single day....they were awesome.... read full review
