Very pleasant office, with well oriented staff, Doctor is very informative and well rounded in his work and makes really good recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place for eye exams
Went to vision works yesterday for an eye exam and glasses. The eye doctor was great. I got in at my appointed time and he was very concerned at making sure my eyes were examined properly. Then I went out to see Madeline who helped me pick out a great set of frames and made sure they were set up properly. I go this vision works because of her. If she ever leaves I’m in trouble. She has helped me now a few times and I’m telling you she is the BEST!!!
Make sure when you go you see her, you won’t be sorry you did
I was in there with my brother John who has Down syndrome and dementia and Norma was exceptional she was patient she made all the calls she needed to make the insurance even accidentally hung up on her and she took it very well I kept telling her she needs to get a raise and I think I need to tell you guys that she needs to get a raise. If I had a company I would hire her in a minute thank you so much
