“At first I had a water leak and RJD scheduled a late evening appointment - I was grateful. I fixed issue so when I canceled they were very courteous. I then rescheduled them to come out the next day as it was no longer an emergency. Bill came once, quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work with specialized tools I hadn’t seen the other companies use. “Excellent service! We had a main sewer back up in our basement that we found at 8pm. My husband called and as busy as they were doing some really big jobs, they found a way to get to our house within a couple of hours of our initial phone call and cleared the problem. “I called Paul during a recent heat wave. I was out of town and my wife was working from home-it was 87 degrees in the house. The owner Paul was there within an hour. He diagnosed and attempted to repair my outdoor unit. Sadly the old R22 dinosaur had given up. Paul installed a state of the art Bosch heat pump system for me.
