She was extremely patient with my husband and I as we spent many weekends at the showroom looking over samples, returning samples that we were able to bring home, and picking out new samples to try out that week. She went above and beyond to search other engineered hardwood manufacturers to find us the flooring that fit our needs and wants perfectly. “From start to near completion, the team from Build Pros has been professional.We have a very complicated roof line with many angles that over time caused some of our wood to rot. Damon walked with me as we assessed all that needed to be done. He gave me a timely estimate, and once accepted, a start date. Butch then visited our home with Damon and reviewed the project. Butch and Jess removed the rotten wood, replaced, and painted the work in a wonderful and seamless manner. Butch was friendly, honest, and gave attention to detail. Dennis and Carter are very knowledgeable and care about their client’s needs and happiness. I highly recommend you meet them in person and bring home the carpet samples to make a decision. My first installation didn’t match my expectations but after expressing my concerns they worked through every step of the way with great professionalism and I can now say I am very happy with my current carpets. Al did a wonderful job installing as well. I am truly grateful for their expertise and being helpful with my concerns. “This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! “Ordered a carpet through one of the big box stores and had it installed by Olympic Flooring. The men that came to the house were early (which a family with little kids) is great. They were very professional and even interacted a little with my 15 month curious son. Our room is larger that the carpet ordered and we were worried about any seems, my wife got down on the floor and after a few hours still can't find the seem. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and even vacuumed the floor. An absolutely great install, will never use any other installers.“

“My wife and I hired Tom to refinish our hardwood floors in a home we purchased. There used to be a carpet over them.Tom and his team did an amazing job restoring the oak to it's original glow. He was also able to perform patch work on the floors, and cover a vent that was cut into the floors.I would recommend Tom to anyone requesting a hardwood floor specialist.Service: Flooring repair“

“We had floors put in by them in 2022, and no fault of their own, but a manufacturing issue with the supplier resulted in some gaps in our floors. Schenectady Flooring came back and did a great job repairing the issues, I think it was Bill and John who came out. I had concerns if it would be even possible at all to fix the problems, but they got it looking perfect again. They have great service and stand behind their work. Definitely use them.“
