This place is absolutely horrible !!!! Over 2 years I've been waiting to get my child in for an appointment. No customer service skills at all from anyone working in this place. On the phone and I hear other workers in the background telling the lady I was talking to , to hang up on her or tell her call the emergency line so u can be done with that call. Rude, slow and beyond disrespectful Receptionist. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The Niagara Falls office failed my children and if I had the money, I would sue them until this office was closed down. I would not suggest this location to my worst enemy. I can not speak on the other locations. My child has had her normal 6 month check-ups since she popped her first tooth (at Winning smiles). We switched because we moved to Niagara Wheatfield and this location was closer for us. Biggest mistake ever. About a year and a half ago I noticed small cavities forming on my daughters teeth and took her to the dentist right away. I had my kids in a year ago the dentist was supposed to give referral for oral surgeon and orthodontist and I am still waiting for the last 6 months I have left messages sat on hold for hours on end with no one answering my calls or even calls me back this place is always understaffed and never has a dentist in the building for appointments you always have to wait for a call back after the dentist looks at the x-rays which I believe is absolutely horrible this is a pediatric dentist office and they are so mean to kids who don't cooperate with them I have said my piece to a far share of there staff for yelling and getting mean with my kids I strongly suggest you find a...read full review
