Wanted to thank Jake and the young man that came out to our house to look at some fire Damage. Jake’s integrity and honesty was refreshing. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need any offered to come back out and help us with anything that we needed. I have heard nothing but good things about Servpro and saw it firsthand for ourselves if there’s something we can’t do we certainly will call them.
Antoine, Dean and Zach were great at cleaning up our flooded basement. All three were courteous, kind, explained what they were doing, answered all questions and cleaned everything up very nicely. They were a great end to an otherwise bad experience (the flooding, that is). Definitely would use ServPro of Northern Niagara again (but am hoping I never need to!)
The crew at Servpro did a great job with my flooded basement, I would recommend them for any household emergency! Antoine, Josh, Zach and Dean got there fast and made quick work of my water issues! Thank you
