Bought a home in Niagara Falls, NY and wanted to go with a local pool store to help support them when I purchased my hot tub. Owner Dennis is a great guy and very professional. He made the process very easy and allowed me to delay delivery until reconstruction of my sunroom was finished, which unfortunately took several months. I'm 37 years old and this kind gentleman/owner has been in business since I was born in 1985. His staff are a reflection of him and are very kind, honest and helpful. Glad I went with Saraceni Pools and Spas. I'd not only recommend them to friends/family--I'll also be a repeat customer for years to come. They've earned my trust. Saraceni's is truly 5-star. Dennis knows everything there is to know about pools. Any issue, he knows the answer and has the parts in stock. Needed to replace a 15 yr old safety cover, he had everything from the original cover in his files already. Great place!
