roto has always done a fantastic job. always very professional and job seems to always be perfect. Have used them for multiple properties with different issues and everything has gotten resolved and am overall very happy with my experience using roto rooter
The service technician, Jason Furgala, arrived at my home on-time; listened to my concerns, explained what could be done, went over the cost of the projects I requested, and took care of all of my plumbing issues, afterwards. Jason was friendly, courteous, and professional. I felt at ease that the job was being done, properly.
Jason was awesome. He explained everything he was gonna do before doing it. He was very respectful and walked me through everything that was being done. He fixed the issue quickly and sufficiently. Thank you Jaon.
