Don't listen to the negative reviews. Here was great! The receptionist was friendly, they got me right in. They were very informative and did my procedure very quick and seamlessly (got the arm implant). They definitely know what they're doing. I was scheduled for 2:15 and was out by 3! Definitely recommend here over other planned parenthood clinics in the area.

Before going into my appointment, some of these reviews made me worried that I would have a bad experience. HOWEVER, I had a *great* experience. I waited about 20 minutes before i was taken to a room by a nurse- I was in and out in about 50 minutes. ALL of the staff were very nice and friendly. I definitely felt comfortable there without any judgement. This was my first time going to Planned Parenthood (its much easier & faster to get an appointment at PP compared to a typical OBGYN, and they accept most insurances) for an annual exam, I will definitely go back in the future.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk, the employee who took my initial information, the nurses, and Adrian who treated me. The nurses even made a "squishy ball" for me out of a plastic bag and rubber bands so I could keep my blood pressure up when they drew blood. Only bummer was being called back 20 minutes past my appointment time although I was the first person in the office that morning. Will be back.
