We had an awning installed this past summer and every part of the process was excellent. Marc took the time to explain the awning options, and made recommendations for our space. He went over the different fabric options and left the samples with us to take our time deciding. The awning was installed, as quoted, and has been the perfect addition to our patio. Would highly recommend!

I went to see Mary and she did a great job on my hair. My hair is quite long and was half blonde half natural gray. I explained that I wanted it to be all gray since I am tired of having to redo my color every 6-8 weeks. My hair is now exactly what I wanted and it looks completely natural. This salon uses an answering service, but I did not see the number on the website. When calling the main number, there is a message with the secondary phone number. Location is by LaSalle High School with street parking. No accessible entrance.
My experience here, can not be overstated nor exaggerated. I was walking down the street, saw this cool joint and figured I would stop in to ask a couple questions. The second I walked in I was greeted by the owner. He had a warm smile, he introduced himself and had great energy. He had an empty chair so I took a seat. I got an undercut done with one size and a fade. He cleaned up my neck and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The entire time we had a great time chatting about life. His skill is something you can tell he has honed over his years and the passion he has for his art form shows when he is finished. This isn’t just an experience unique to me. Go on their Instagram, look at all the incredible designs they do and more importantly the smiling faces. For quite some time I’ve been watching videos on YouTube of other Barbers around the world and I have seen some great work in the WNY area but what you get here is an experience that would be hard to rival. If you made it through to the end of this long worded review then do yourself a favor and just go! After you walk out feeling the way I do, spread the word and help keep those chairs full!

Pat is one of the best barbers around. He has a loyal customer base and is very personable. Very good with kids also! Haircuts by appointment keeps wait times down and nearly non-existent.
Touch of Class Elite Barbering & Fred are top tier. Man is experienced, honest & professional, and is a true hair technician. He sets the bar high and has raised my standards of what to expect from a cut. Also makes you feel comfortable in the seat and can set you up to hit the town with hair gels and a spray of cologne. I’m in NY from Canada and I recommend to any of my fellow countrymen to get cleaned up at Touch of Class Elite Barbering on the way to NYC or any corner of the states if you want a new level of confidence. Went back home for a family visit but needed a hair cut. As a kid I went to Gayle's every few weeks and it was so great being back. Stephanie was an absolute life saver when it came to my wedding day! Stephanie not only did stunning makeup, but she helped keep everyone on track. She helped keep my nerves (and my moms) under control, was so kind with my young nieces, noticed little details with hair and make up that needed to be touched up, and provided such great professional insight as the morning went on. Additionally, Stephanie gave me and my mom our very first spray tans! She was kind and provided a comfortable space for two people who were very nervous. The spray tans were so natural looking and gave us the right glow for the big day. We couldn't have been more happy! There are not enough words to express how grateful we were to have found Stephanie; she was excellent to work with!

These guys are FANTASTIC! My furnace had a cracked heat exchanger so I called few places. All were a ridiculous cost, except JR Swanson. Their price was 1/2 the price of others. Also, when I spoke to Ryan, he set up the replacement the day after I had him look at the old furnace. No hesitation and amazing quality work. Their installers were friendly, fast and did high quality work. I would recommend them, without exception, to anyone in need of HVAC work/ service.

The answered the phone at 8:45 am for a non-emergency call. The technician called before he arrived a few hours later. He fixed the lock quickly and provided excellent advise on how address a door jam issue we have had for years. He was also not bothered by our bulldog watching the entire process and bringing toys to him while he worked.
He made me 2 keys for an IHC tractor, from a broken key. Glad I travel from Wilson . Plan on visiting again soon . GREAT WORK
I had a brand new couch I had to put into storage and when I went to empty my storage, the whole unit had been infested with mice. My couch had rust, mice feces etc on it. It was in brand new condition upon going into storage. This company worked with me to find a day perfect for our schedule and saved my couch. It looks brand new again. They sanitized it and even cleaned a couple things for my daughter while there. Absolutely go with this company!!!
First of all I am typing this as the crew is here cleaning. All I can say is that the house already smells fresh, and as I am sitting on the porch I can hear all the garbage in my vents being sucked out to their truck in their powerful hoses and I will admit this sound is very satisfying! The appointment was smooth, the crew called and arrived on time and the job is being done very professionally and thorough. I honestly couldn't be happier. With the prices some companies in the falls are now charging they are out of their minds and I was tempted to find a company out of the area and pay extra for travel which would still likely be cheaper and then I found this company which was the ONLY one with reasonable prices in Niagara Falls. Thank you and I HIGHLY recommend !

Dr. Volker is so compassionate and generous. I assumed I had at least one or two cavities and I knew I had a broken molar tooth. I was concerned that those teeth (and possibly other unknown cavities) might get worse soon, especially because I was already feeling some pain.I contacted multiple dentists over a 2 month time frame, including the last dentist I saw.However, they either never contacted me back or said they are not accepting new patients nor my insurances. Several other dentists in my area accepted new patients and my insurances, but they hadnot-so-good reviews, so I was very skeptical about contacting any of them.Thankfully, my sister works for Dr. Volker and told me he’s a great dentist (“the best” to be exact) and very kind.My brother-in-law also highly recommended Dr. Volker from his personal experience.Thus, I looked Dr. Volker up and saw his excellent ratings and read his great reviews. My sister soon got me in touch with his office and I had my initial appointment within a few days.He then scheduled my appointment within a week to get my fillings and broken tooth repaired. I am so grateful he was able to see me so soon.I felt incredibly comfortable with him; he’s very friendly, I literally did not feel any sort of pain during the entire process and I’m so happy with the final results. I cannot thank him enough, honestly.

I’ve been coming to Dr Jones for a number of years after my last dentist retired. I then moved out of state and when I moved back, went to a different dentist based purely on proximity. I had a poor experience there. I went back to Dr Jones and it’s worth the longer drive, he keeps you informed about what he finds and what he’s doing and lets you make the best choice for you. the office staff are great and I’ll keep coming back!

Have been going to Notaro for massage therapy for about a year through the VA Community Care Program. Had a session this morning. Jillian is A.MAZE.ING. She listens to my concerns and communicates well before and during the treatment session. Not only is she a capable masseuse, she is one of the sweetest people with a wonderful disposition. Sometimes she gets a little behind through no fault of her own (people are late for appointments, etc.), but I've never felt rushed or been given less than the 50 minutes I'm booked for. And the hot towel on my face at the end is wonderful. I'm very happy with how I am treated here; from the moment I walk in until the time I leave. I highly recommend this business.

But the most important they keep all our little Fur babies happy and healthy.
I’ve been to A LOT of vets, for routine and emergency procedures. All of them prior besides OSU seem to price gauge and seem to care more about the green other than the animals. I truly believe many vets in this area are part of some sort of conglomerate and keep prices similar and attempt to crush those that do not comply.
This vet, completely goes against that norm. This was my first experience with them, for teeth cleaning / removal along w a fat mass removal on my Beagle. They were 1/2 the price of other vets in area ($1,500-$2,000 compared to over $3,000).
Not only that, a pet peeve of mine is vets requiring payment prior to treatment, which all in area do. DRIVES ME NUTS! It was refreshing to drop off my dog here and have them say, “we will call you when she’s ready!” And not pull out my credit card. Like it’s my dog, I’ll pay for it. Gerber gets it!
When I went to get my Pup the bill was BELOW the LOW end of estimate!! I’ve also never had that. I always come in expecting to pay high end or over as I always have before. I have had an animal die on the table and they billed the high end!! Apparently the complete procedure was 100% complete and the animal died (w/o CPR) AND they apparently used everything they estimated on the high end. Ridiculous.
Will Gerber always be below low end? No, of course not, things happen. But it is just so nice to see people caring about animals and not nickel and dimeing.
Lastly, speaking of nickel and dimeing her nails were trimmed AND ears cleaned spotless! They didn’t call and ask to do that for the extra $15-$30 other vets charged. They just did it, free of charge!
It’s just unheard of nowadays. All these extras, below budget, friendly, pay at pick up.
They truly care for the customer and I can’t put into words how grateful and happy I am. Thank you!
I believe that they are very good with the animals they care for. I take my dog there all the time and they are nothing but good people and treat my dog in a good manner.
Dr Downey and his team are just amazing. Very kind and empathetic. Took great care of all our dogs in the past. We are thinking of getting another dog and he will definitely be our vet!
