The folks here have been very accommodating and sensitive to our needs. Our daughter died from cancer at the age of 21 and it was her wish to be as eco-friendly In death as she was in life. And she would encourage anyone reading this to take the same action and be gentle with the Earth. The drive was over 3 1/2 hours but worth it

I had the pleasure of visiting Greensprings years ago on my way back from my trip to Albany to complete the law exam portion of obtaining my NYS Funeral Directors License. At the time I was very interested in the concept of green burial and bringing this concept to the region I was intending to practice (of course contingent of passing that exam... which I did, lol.)
