I requested to have my sister-in-law's driveway cleared in Ithaca, NY so she wouldn't have to shovel it. Though it was Sunday, Tim from Brazo A-Z Landscaping and Snow Removal replied within minutes and said he could plow the driveway on Monday for what seemed a very reasonable price. On Monday, Tim found that a contractor's truck was blocking the driveway. He called and said he could return later that day and see if the truck was gone. He went over Monday evening and was able to plow the driveway for no extra charge. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the job Tim had done and happy not to have to shovel.
