What's with this almost new boiler? It stopped working late last Friday when the temperature outside was in the 20s. Brrr. Sam walked in about half an hour after my after-hours emergency call to trouble shoot and fix it. He's keenly knowledgeable about these enormous beasts and doesn't mind sharing what he's doing to correct the problem. He brought not only renewed warmth to my home, but a sense of ease and dependability that he'd be back to solve anything else that went awry.

The folks here have been very accommodating and sensitive to our needs. Our daughter died from cancer at the age of 21 and it was her wish to be as eco-friendly In death as she was in life. And she would encourage anyone reading this to take the same action and be gentle with the Earth. The drive was over 3 1/2 hours but worth it
Dr John Ober is the kindest, most experienced, genius of a vet and has become one really great friend! Love him. Been taking my dogs and cats to him for almost 30 years. He and his VT Jenny are a fantastic team! They always find a way to fit you in no matter how extremely busy they get. Rock on John and Jenny!!!!!!!!
I requested to have my sister-in-law's driveway cleared in Ithaca, NY so she wouldn't have to shovel it. Though it was Sunday, Tim from Brazo A-Z Landscaping and Snow Removal replied within minutes and said he could plow the driveway on Monday for what seemed a very reasonable price. On Monday, Tim found that a contractor's truck was blocking the driveway. He called and said he could return later that day and see if the truck was gone. He went over Monday evening and was able to plow the driveway for no extra charge. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the job Tim had done and happy not to have to shovel. I highly recommend Tim and Brazo A-Z for going the extra mile to finish the job for a good price.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the first time I have used a propane company and I am so THANKFUL that we use E&V. They truly care about their customers and will go out of their way to make sure people are taken care of, they shined a bright light on a terrible frozen pipe morning. THANK YOU DAN AND E&V PROPANE!
EDIT 5/20/24 - I've said it before and I will say it again...this company takes customer service to a whole new level. If someone offered me half price on propane I would not switch. I've never been so happy with a service provider. Thank you Mel and everyone at E&V for caring so much about your customers!
