Dr. Bates is great and his staff is the best I’ve ever seen. Front desk/receptionist are so kind and knowledgeable. The dental hygienists are thorough and never rush. The whole atmosphere is seriously calming.
Christine and Elaine did photos of me and my son after my husband passed away. They were so amazing to us and tye pictures mean everything to me. So of course I went back to have my sons senior pictures taken and they did another outstanding job! Definitely recommend!

As a real beard Santa, I tire of the countless hours doing theatrical make-up on my hair and beard. I attempted to do a permanent dye job myself . You can imagine the outcome. I wet to Oxygen at the recommendation of a friend . I stopped without calling or an appointment, strangely enough they were in the middle of putting up their holiday decorations. I explained my issue, I was introduced to Maddie, I think. They took me right away fixed my mistakes and did it correctly. Maddie worked on my hair and beard untill I had achieved what I wanted. They filled me in on what I would need to care for my new hair color and got me fixed up with the products. Thanks for everything ladies. I can't wait to have the opportunity for Santa to drop in.
Upon my very first visit to Dr. Zastrow's office, the atmosphere was so relaxing, very low key, a no stress dental office. Dr. Zastrow and her staff were all very friendly and very professional, making me feel like a person, not a number like in other practices. We need more practices like this. We are very happy with the outcome of our project with Kirk Starkweather Construction. We had all three dormers added to the second floor. From the estimate to completion, he was here when he said he would be. The crew was professional and polite. The job was delivered as promised. We would absolutely use him again!!

Was just wondering if you straight razor women's undercut. I have had 2 surgery that have left a thick scaring and it pulls as the hair flows and is extremely sore havng it grow out. I'm in tears somenights because it just pulls on the scar.. I also start bobbling my head like a bobblehead does. Lack of skull and week muscles.bulid up. I can't do it on my own even if it was just to use buzzards I can't hold my hands and arms and head up that long let me know prices so I can star saving please and thank you.

We love Artisan Alley. My girlfriend surprised me with a beautiful framed print from there for Christmas. Quality throughout this real gem of a shop, and the owner is very pleasant ! Genuinely deserving of a 5 star rating.
Glen and Joe (father and son) came to our house for a plumbing issue. Our kitchen sink was clogged passed the trap. They were able to diagnose where the clog was and what was required to remove the clog within 5 minutes. It took about 45 minutes for them to snake the drain from our kitchen sink and unclog it. They were very professional and the best price we found between 3 companies (including them). They don't charge by the hour like other companies which is a plus. We originally called on the Saturday night before Easter and they said they could come out on Monday (wasn't an emergency). We called Monday afternoon and they put us on the list for Tuesday between 3-4pm and we're able to come out at 2:30, less then 24 hours after calling. We called Roto Rooter and had them come out (before Erie Niagara Plumbing) because they don't give quotes over the phone. They have a "technician" (plumber) come out and asses the situation free of charge and then name their price in your home. At that point you decide whether you accept the price or not. If you do, they start the work. If not, they leave. They wanted to unclog the sink from the basement and charge us $350. Shenanigans. Don't recommend them! We would've liked to have paid less, but Erie Niagara Plumbing averages other companies we called. (Except for Roto Rooter)
