Love going here! It’s a little over an hour from my house, but it’s worth it! The customer service is honestly unmatched. Marlena is always so kind and sweet and makes me feel so comfortable. She always helps me out when picking out the right frames and ordering contacts!

Had a wonderful experience as always , have been taking my family there for years and always amazing service from the doctors and staff. Marlena helped my daughter recently with glasses and contacts and was so personable and really made her experience unique ! I travel 1.5 hours , best place I’ve found !!

Love the customer service!! Marlena was amazing. She helped me pick out the most amazing pair of glasses and was super knowledgeable. Lauren the store manager was incredible as well. She made sure her staff professional and organized. I highly recommend sterling optical in Newburgh.
