Came here to get on birth control, the “matchstick”. It was hard finding someone to take my Medicaid and they did, so that was a great start. My OBGYN was Annie and she was incredible- I would recommend her to anyone! Very kind, polite, caring, empathetic, bubbly, funny, she really knew what she was doing and was very educated on the subject. She encouraged me to ask questions and made me feel fully satisfied with the answers. She made the actual implant a breeze. The front desk lady was also very sweet even though it looked liked she was pretty busy, that was note worthy! I love Anne! I have followed Anne from the poughkeepsie location to Newburgh, and i would honestly follow her anywhere. Anne has been my saving grace for years. She is always compassionate, personable, caring, friendly, supportive and funny! When no other doctor would listen to me, Anne did. She didn’t question me or try to gaslight me. She listens because she cares and then she HELPS! Everyone should see Anne. She is truly one of a kind. You can feel how special she is from the moment she walks into the room. Gave me an appointment for 1040 am . I came in at 1030am. It is almost 12 and I am still sitting here . Why bother giving appointments ? Just tell patients its first come first serve . I am self employed and could've gotten some work done and get paid , then come in afterwards, since my appt time isn't going to be honored anyways , clearly. Other than that . So far , they're ight . I am highly annoyed .
