Last visit my Berner was also groomed and I fed her treats and kept her calm while she was groomed. Most groomers wouldn’t appreciate an owner hanging out but we were treated kindly and respectfully. I’m confident it won’t be long before we can leave both dogs in Brittany’s hands. Best shop I’ve ever been to.“
