My wife had a very upsetting experience at this establishment. She went in to have her nails done, but the results were unsatisfactory. When she returned and politely asked to have them removed and for a refund, the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was misled into thinking the issue would be resolved, but instead the owner cut off all of her nails and then refused the refund.

When my wife tried to reason calmly, the situation escalated further. The staff called her names and even used offensive language. DO NOT USE THEM.. I GOT A HORRIBLE TOE NAIL FUNGUS FROM THEM!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. ????? I only gave a star because it wouldn’t allow me to post without it. ??????????????Service: Pedicure

Oh my god where do I begin? First of all when I got there with my 13-year-old daughter we both looked at each other in disbelief as the salon looked like it was either under renovation or run down. My daughter had a specific picture of that she brought in as inspiration. Now I understand that it is unreasonable to believe that it could be 100% replicated but I mean at least get the nail length right. When I saw that her nails were too long I asked her to cut them. I went to go get a pedicure which by the way could have been done better by my 13-year-old daughter and when I was finished I checked on my daughter only to find out that she was almost finished painting them...read full review
