I have have had bad experiences in the past with finding a tech who is reliable and knowledgeable n this area. My PS5 randomly shut down and wouldn’t power back up even after a solid cleaning. Went to Geek Squad and the only thing they were good for was referring me to Ezekiel Tech. Hector fixed my PS5 in a day and half. Will definitely be recommending him to others and returning when I need a repair. A+
