Marcus came to my house and figured out my washing machine problem very quickly. He was on time both times he came out to my home and was very polite. He handled my yappy dogs with grace and I would highly recommend Ruffalos to anyone needed a service call. I couldn't have asked for any better experience in customer service and satisfaction.

Marcus was on time (early actually) and pleasant. He fixed the problem with our dishwasher in 5 minutes and told us what the issue was. My husand was put off by the cost of the service, but we learned how to manage the issue if it comes up again.

Ruffalo does what they say they will do. Every part of my dishwasher buying experience was easy. Keith came out to inspect the plumbing before installers delivered the washer, just to be sure all would go well. I asked for two separate trips, removal and then installation a month later. It was no problem. That even meant holding my dishwasher in their store for weeks. No problem. Removal and installation was on time. Every person was polite, from the store to my home. I'll be going back.
