We had a great experience with Ruffalo’s, thanks to their technician, Marcus. Our refrigerator was leaking, and Marcus got right to the problem, got it fixed, and gave us lots of helpful advice. And…he didn’t even mind covering up his shoes when he came (very important!). So, friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent service. Thank you, Markus!

Marcus came to fix my dishwasher. He was super knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very patient with my toddler son who was extremely interested all his tools. Not only did he fix the problem, but he made me feel safe and at ease. Thank-you so much!!! 10/10 would recommend . :)
