Kaleb went above and beyond to make sure my AC unit was not just serviced, but that it received an additional cleaning for preventative maintenance. I was very impressed. He also took the time to walk the property with me, encouraging me to contact Lagan’s about installing a second AC unit upstairs. I was hesitant to do so earlier because I didn’t realize there was an easy solution to my lack of wall space.
I have used Lagana numerous times and am always so happy & impressed.

We contacted Lagana to install a heat pump unit for our house this summer. An estimator came out in a few days and was very helpful and the installation was scheduled about 3 weeks later. The main installer, Zeb, was punctual and got right to work. Clearly experienced and efficient, he was very professional and courteous as were a couple of colleagues that came to help for a while. Everything was done on time and cleaned up. Everyone involved were helpful, friendly and efficient. Very satisfied!
