I’ve gone to Kelly for over 10 years now. I refer literally everyone I know to her and only trust her with my hair, especially my blonde highlights. She’s also done all sorts of other colors on me throughout the years too, like red and brown. Every time I go to see her, my hair turns out beautiful. I have never ever been disappointed.
