Alex had me feeling 2inches taller after our session. I am a bodybuilder and lift 6x a week - Alex is very knowledgeable and knew just how to really loosen up tight muscles from lifting. We also worked on correcting my posture and he even recommended some stretches for me to do on my own at the gym. I walked out feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
Alex is PHENOMENAL! He squeezed me in when I really needed it. He’s professional, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend someone more highly. Already looking forward to my next appointment!
