Ha, I live in the Washington Heiights neighborhood and my husband and our grand and great grand children all have devices. After checking around for quality services for phone and Ipad we gave this company a try.We love the prices and the immediate repair for our items.Yesterday, 7/29/2023 I took my damaged iPad to them around 2:30pm with the broken screen and by 5pm I was told the job was done. I went and picked up my iPad. Very good technical service. I recommend them. The first time I came was two years ago and everything was fine. Today I returned for another phone and the quality of spare parts is excellent, as are the prices and service.
It will continue to be my favorite store when I have any problem with my phones or computer. 100% recommended
