We are repeat customers of Warby Parker on 68th and Columbus in NY. We always got excellent service at this branch (not true at the other branch we tried on the UWS -they were not helpful at all which is why we came back here even though its a longer distance for us). Very glad we made the longer trip because we were helped by Sarina who was amazing! She helped us choose the right frames for us and was very knowledgable. Many thanks Sarina! The visit was above all fun. I was laughing and having a great time while selecting frames and lenses that really looked good for my face. Felt like I was shopping with a trusted friend who was honest about what styles to put back and which to go with. Wound up with a great pair of glasses.

I was really struggling to find an aesthetic that clicked with me until Xio helped me out and paired me with the best pair of glasses I have ever seen. She listened to my wants and had amazing suggestions.
