Edward is absolutely the best barber in NYC. He's the only person that has cut my hair in 10 years! I've followed him through multiple moves and his newest location is great! Bright and clean - very professional. Plus, Edward is genuinely a good guy! I can't state my recommendation for him strong enough!Services: Scissor cut
