My workouts with Mike have been a game-changer. His workouts are tailored to address gaps in my exercise, he always keeps it interesting and most important can drive up the intensity while making sure I don’t get nagging injuries along the way. Would highly recommend!

Mike’s classes really push you to the limit in the best way possible. I’m usually not big on workout classes but Mike’s 4x4 HIT circuit training gives me an incredible workout. I try to go as often as I can. The feeling of completing each session is second to none and I can’t recommend working with him enough!

Mike is an absolute legend. After 4 or 5 weeks, I’ve never felt better. He’s professional, attentive, encouraging and advises on much more than technique and fitness. I’ve learned about nutrition, habits, cardio mixing, and lots of other important tips that have shaped my regime. Big fan of Mike, I’d recommend him to anyone.
